Learn the basics concepts and set up your tools properly as a foundation for everything that is to come:

- Techniques: We demonstrate best practices. Give you opportunities to practice and reflect on what working/not working until you gain proficiency

SESSIONÂ 2
Context, Inputs, Outputs & Automations
Gold in, Gold out. Vague asks, *meh* outputs. Context is king, Projects organize your work, Inputs sharpen the ask, Outputs match your desired format and Skills encode repeatable expertise. Master these five, and AI stops guessing and compounds. You’ll learn how to:
- Organize projects to provide deep context
- Source the best inputs from domain experts
- Specify your unique desired outputsÂ
- Encode repeatable skills to save timeÂ
You’ll finish session 2 with the ability to improve the quality of outputs & the speed of delivery. Homework: You'll expand the number of applications to cover more of your real work.Â
SESSION 3
Your Personal Operating System
No retyping your background in every chat. You'll build a personal library of markdown files capturing your: personal assessments, role(s), writing style, brand look&feel, content types, automations, frameworks and projects. Attach only what's relevant, save tokens (i.e. money) and give AI instant fluency in who you are and how you like things done. You’ll learn:
- Markdown files are portable. Once you build this, take it with you to new AI environments
- Personal Context will feel like a personal assistant who has observed your every move for 5+ years
- Build on this context to exponentially improve output but feel just like you did it the old, slow & hard way
