What preparation do I need to do before the cohort?
Course Requirements
Bring your Laptop
Bring a Pen. A cohort booklet will be provided at the 1st class session. Virtual cohorts will receive a digital copy of the booklet for use on tablet, desktop or phone.Â
Take the Pre and Post Quizzes in email. Your attempts to recall what you know will expose gaps in knowledge and will be key to learning core concepts.Â
Get a paid Claude.ai Pro ($20/mo) Max ($100/200/mo) plan. To fully leverage the course you will need a paid Claude plan.Â
Gemini (free) (aka. Nano Banana) for image creation) make sure you have a Google Workspace set up and ready to run.
Notebook.LMÂ Also free with a Google Workspace. We will consolidate up to 50+ docs to learn/repurpose.

Can others sit in on a virtual cohort?
We ask all AiRCHAiR participants purchase a seat for the training. At the end of the cohort, we are confident each participant will receive the value of training.Â
Will you be offering In-Person Cohorts in other cities?
AiRCHAiR is currently in Beta. As we grow other In Person options are a strong possibility. However, we will open up virtual cohorts to meet demand until we have the ability to expand the In-Person offerings. Email [email protected]Â if you would like to explore convening your network or business for a full cohort (20+ participants) in your cityÂ
What is the time commitment on virtual cohort session?
Classroom: 3 Sessions of 6 hours each (18 hours)
Homework: You must practice using the tools to gain proficiency. Plan on spending as much time practicing as you spend in class to improve your AI proficiency (18 hours)
Accountability Group: plan on 2 zoom/live meet ups with your accountability group to review work product and meet deadlines (2-3 hours)Â
How do Accountability Groups work?
We work on what get's measured. Winners congregate at finish lines. For this reason, AiRCHAiR is built on Community, Accountability and Results. We encourage all participants to sign up for a cohort with 2 other friends who want to push each other. If you sign up solo, that's fine too, we'll help you pair up with new friends for in class engagement and the required two accountability meeting between cohort sessions. You'll share what you've built, ask questions about concepts you don't understand and generally encourage each other to keep going until AI deployment feels as natural as driving a car.Â
What is your Refund Policy?
The refund policy for any cancellation or change to the AiRCHAiR cohort (hereafter "Cancellation/Changes") will apply in the following noncumulative manner:
A full refund for the cohort if cancelled within 60 days of the first retreat
A $500 fee* if you cancel within 60 days before the first session of the cohort; andÂ
A $750 fee* if you cancel before the first session of the cohort.
If you join the cohort and cannot attend a specific session, we are unable to offer a refund; however, we can offer a possible substitution. Please reach out to discuss your particular situation if the need arises.
